Toddler Programs

If you would like to be added to the 2017-18 Toddler Program wait list, please contact our Admissions Director, Ila Furman, at ila@toddlersonthehill.org.

Once a family is accepted, a nonrefundable deposit equal to one month’s participation fees is due within 10 days. The nonrefundable deposit will be credited towards the third and final payment.

Priority admission is given to children enrolled in the current program year who are continuing the next year, and to siblings of former ToTH participants. One slot per session is reserved for families serving as Parent Volunteers. Not all families volunteer, but if you do, you will have the opportunity to share this outstanding experience with your child and deepen your understanding and practice of Montessori methods you can transfer to home, all while receiving a large discount off the program cost.

2017-18 Toddler Program Tuition

Beginning in 2017-18 ToTH’s Toddler Programs will be in session for 198 instructional days (3.5 additional weeks). Shorter, more frequent breaks limit disruption of social relationships and routines and reduce regression among the children over a long summer break, while sustaining more consistent energy among all our community over the course of the year. Reflected in our tuition is a commitment to offering competitive salaries and benefits for our staff, as well as annual professional development for each of our teachers.

2017-2018 Toddler Program fees are as follows: emi working cards 2

  • 1 three-hour session a week: $2355
  • 2 sessions a week: $4710
  • 3 sessions a week: $7,065
  • 4 sessions a week: $9,420
  • 5 sessions a week: $11,775

Parents who volunteer in the classroom for the program year receive a 50% discount on program fees for one child on those days that they volunteer.

2017-18 ToTH Primary (3-6) Program

Toddlers on the Hill is pleased to offer an authentic Montessori Primary Program (3-6) in 2017-18.

We are committed to an authentic, mixed-aged Montessori community; we will enroll children who will be ages 3, 4 and 5 this fall and we balance for gender and age. If your primary age child is turning five during the school year, the birthday must be on or after October 1, 2017. 2017-18 Primary Program fees are as follows:

  • Tuition for the whole year for 5 days/week is $19,800 (Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 2:45pm)
  • Tuition for the whole year for Monday-Wednesday-Friday is $11,880
  • Tuition for the whole year for Tuesday-Thursday is $7920
